Let the drivers uninstall, then reboot your computer. The USB Host Controllers will be reinstalled automatically upon relaunch and hopefully clear up any issues. Things work a little some motherboards also have special APPLE device only charging ports. these have special drivers that allow the current to go over the max allowed current for a usb device. Apple devices can draw 2.5 times the Max allowed current for a usb charger. (at least for usb 2.x) This can get your ports to reset over and over. Update the PS5 system software. If you have another controller, check for a system update. Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software . Replace the PS5 controller battery. If the controller won't charge or turn on, then there's likely a problem with the battery. if the combined power draw of all your usb devices slightly exceeds what your usb ports on the pc are rated for itll slowly heat up the fuse leading to a disconnect of power (subsequent cooling down of the fuse will connect it again) the same applies if you connect multiple devices through an unpowered usb hub.

3) If that does not resolve the sound effect, in Device Manager, open and uninstall each USB controller driver. To restart PC program the power button first to Shut down the PC at Settings > System > Power & Sleep > Additional Power Settings > Choose what Power buttons do. Tried uninstalling USB Bus and reinstalling from Device Manager. Also, tried switching the USB cables from the back to the front of the dock to no avail.
